Our clients privacy and confidentiality is of paramount importance. Without exception our security consultancy and personal protection relationships held with our clientele are kept in the strictest of confidence. Client references and details will not be displayed on our website or in our corporate data or used as marketing tools or leverage in acquiring new business, as is the paradoxical and quite simply astonishing norm in certain sectors of the security industry.

We adhere to a strict code of confidentiality and insist on non-disclosure agreements and confidentiality clauses being made a part of any service delivery contract signed between Concept Tactical Worldwide and our clients. This allows for an environment of transparency and total honesty between Concept Tactical Worldwide management, consultants, contractors and operatives and our clients. This strict adherence to our clients privacy permits for sensitive and often business and brand critical issues being put on the table in order for our expert counsel to have full bearing - in the security consultancy and physical protection business information is key and only an environment that guarantees our clients privacy will permit for the highest level of service and defense being provided through complete trust in our devotion to client confidentiality.


While we are able to meet at any site of your greatest convenience it does not have to be at your place of business or residence and can be at a neutral public location of your choice. Client references are provided only with express written permission, where and if granted or where it is deemed to be in the public interest. Our international security consultancy is free from any religious or political beliefs, doctrines, affiliations and their inherent implications.

Concept Tactical Worldwide will always cooperate in full with local and international law enforcement agencies and will not knowingly offer our services to individuals or companies involved in illegal activities in any country or territory under any circumstances.
